Hi, I’m Allie.

I’m a health coach, home cook, music lover, audiobook enthusiast, and cat lady.

When I’m not listening to brat on repeat (yes, still), going on long walks in Rock Creek Park, or trying to needlepoint something my grandmother would be proud of, you can find me reading about all things health and wellness.
